To tell the truth, also in windows this key acts as prntscrn, so I think
it's a BIOS bug.

In my laptop the SysRq is in Fn+F10.
Unfortunately it does not do SysRq, but print.
Also when using showkey, the output is the same for the print key:
keycode 99 press
keycode 99 release
