I have been downloading modules and reading some scriptures, and I
cannot reproduce the bug. I am happy that it has been fixed. :)

Thank you for your bug report. In less than 2 days there will be 3.1.3
bug fix release which fixes a few freezes. It will be uploaded to
Lucid asap. Please wait until then to retest and triage the problem
further.
