I was referring to the little beveled panels in the status bar, and
toolbar icon separators, not the comboboxes.
The dark borders just add clutter and have no function.

comboboxstyle = 1 # 0 = normal combobox, 1 = colorized
combobox below arrow
That is intended by design. Change to 0 for a normal combobox.
