The two packages do not depend, but that is a bug, and is explained in
the two linked bug reports. They cannot be solved because of the missing
package that this issue requests.

what needs to be done. maybe you do have a plan, maybe you have given
up. but please could you just describe the missing bits, so that the
release team has the chance to evaluate the current state?

We wanted to get SchoolTool into Lucid, but of course it is too late
now. I have uploaded all the missing packages to the SchoolTool PPA, but
there are some changes needed to packages already in Lucid so that we
can use them - and there aren't other users of zope packages in Ubuntu.

Gediminas, please could you give the rationale for this FFe? I think
it's one of the packages needed for schooltool and/or schoolbell, which
you want to see in lucid, correct?
