Pavel Malyshev, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? Can you try with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO CD
images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/ .
If it remains an issue
I get random freezes on an everex cloudbook with karmic. (1.2ghz amd, 512mb
ram, swap is default from clean install, whatever that is).
Sometimes I can be up and running for hours, doing cpu heavy stuff (google
chrome with multiple tabs, last.fm player, terminal, synaptic all going), then
is sud
Well, mainline kernel has hanged but without blinking keyboard leds. So
I don't know if this hang is related.

I've upgraded to lucid. I'll try running lucid kernel and then mainline.
But it's hard to reproduce because I don't know why this freeze happens
