Rohan Garg, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release

I'm seeing the same issue also with a Lenovo T61 (nVidia Quadro 140M).
Running Lucid 10.4 64bits.
I'm running Gnome + xfwm4 (Compositor enabled)
I see this happening with Avant-Window-Navigator icons and some in the taskbar
area, usually the volume icon.
It also happens to scramble icons inside

I can confirm this bug on a fresh installation of the final kubuntu
10.04 AMD64 on a Lenovo T61 notebook. This is what lspci tells about the
graphic device:

This has affected me intermittantly, on a GeForce 8200. If this is a
problem that's still upstream, we really need to get people working on
this. How come it doesn't seem to affect the other distributions using
Nouveau (or does it - not from my experience with Mandriva anyway)?

Hi,can someone please look into this issue? Ive also tried the latest
builds from the xorg edgers PPA with 3D support and the issue was still
present.So we probably need to talk to upstream about this.
