Hi again... I installed lucid x86 beta 1 and have rectified anything so
far. For the ethernet needs backport the driver from kernel 2.6.33. For
the sound card has found a temporary solution to the following website:

As I wrote earlier, these systems are VERY new. We on the kernel team
are actively working on them. For example, there are a few processor
errata we are making work arounds for in the kernel. This process takes
time, unfortunately, so although it does appear we will support it in
Karmic, it may be
Ethernet is a new Yukon card (model Optima), supported by 2.6.33 onward (could
be easy backported), driver sky2.
Xorg work with latest intel driver and 2.6.33, but goes blank screen with
2.6.32 and older (you may use vesa or fb driver in the meanwhile), I haven't
yet identified the fixing commit
Basically your laptop is a very new system that is based on Intel's
"Arrandale" architecture. There is not support for it out of the box on
Karmic. There will be support in Lucid. I will try to get more
information on if/when your system will be supported on Karmic.
