I agree that the duplicate is completely wrong.
But I also had the same issue as the bug reporter after I installed a Ati
Radeon HD 5450 on my system.

This is so completely not a duplicate of that bug. This is a bug about
a soundcard not working while 523429 is reporting the app center
crashing.
