@Chris: FWIW my xorg.conf still has the ServerFlag option for Xinerama
set to zero and I get the same result (sorry if I've mis-understood what
you wrote)

Apparently they do use this unless xinerama is enabled on the system due
to potential bugs and it appears xinerama is now enabled by default on
all Ubuntu systems if not all Xorg systems period. I let them know it
appears xinerama is enabled by default on all systems and waiting to
hear back from t

I just verified this appears to happen for all OOo programs and that
would made sense from what Travis mentioned above.
