I did not change the password of seahorse, it's always the old, if I put
the new login password i have error.
I try putting the same password as the login, but I have the same
problem

did you try to type your old login password to the keyring dialog? you
had both login and keyring password matching so it was automatically
unlocked but now you changed the login one so you need to either change
the keyring password too or type the one which is being used there

=> 1°) I change my login password in gnome User and Groups
2°) I disconnect to see was changing the password
3°)I am again, and since I was harassed for the ask password every time
