I don't see "FindPolkitQt(-1).cmake" getting installed by any Ubuntu
package. If it's supplied by KDE, shouldn't it be installed under the
"kde-devel" or "cmake-data" packages then?
My point is that the KAuth tutorial doesn't build right now because the
kde4_install_auth_actions CMake macro depend
Applications using KAuth don't depend on libpolkit-qt. (We also build
our packages with polkit-qt-1, but that's beside the point) The KAuth
libraries themselves depend on it, but kde4libs has its own
FindPolkitQt(-1).cmake files.
