This bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it
recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? Can you try with the

I'm able to reproduce the problem with "Ubuntu 9.10 32 bits" (Linux
2.6.31) and "Linux Mint 7" (Linux 2.6.28)
On Win 7 the device is correctly recognized and works well.
