I think the problem is in the connection, when I connect with USB i can hear
sound.
I think the problem is in the computer because i bought a USB-mic. in witch i
can put in the same headphone and now it works. (I can hear sound, but i
haven't tryed the mic. yet).

Please recreate the bug with the appropriate package, this has nothing to do
with Ubuntu One and therefore the bug report does not contain the relevant
