Fixed!
Did not manage to change the headphone output volume. But by changing
the output from simultaneous to intern in audio-preferences, I got back
audio output!!

Front, Surround, LFE, Center, and Side are all muted and zeroed. Please use
alsamixer in a Terminal to fix that.
