ok ,i removed quiet and splash saw many things but the process
stopped
(intitramfs)unable to find a medium containing a live file system
still doesnt read it

Thanks for helping.It seems to be the same problem with bug #347304.It
does not boot from usb stick.The only live cd that works is Damn small
Linux.I ve tried also fedora,puppy but i had the same problem.And this
may help:The only way to install ubuntu is wubi installer(thats what i
ve done)but it
It could be a problem with an optical drive. See bug #347304 for more
information. Do you have chance to test booting from usb stick?
Cd has also option to modify boot command line. If you remove words
quiet and splash you might see boot messages instead of black screen.
