I too get the client telling me that my files are up to date but nothing
has been uploaded.

On my system the u1 top panel applet has indicated (with left click) "files are
uptodate" (I'm translating from dutch).
But checking on the web shows no files have been uploaded and my usage is 0%.

It's been since whenever the 9.10 update got rolled out that I've had the
program running constantly. I was wrong on my current uploaded amount, it's
291MB. It does seem to upload but at pre-14K speeds.
Unfortunately I'm not even sure what to look at to troubleshoot.

PS to my PS.
I've also tried the standard disconnect/connect of Ubnuntu One to no
avail and I recently tried un-installing/reinstalling the program as
well.

I'm still affected by this. My laptop (I only use one system) gets
connected to the internet at both work and home and having installed
Ubuntu One several weeks ago only about 261MB of what should be about
1.7GB have uploaded so far.
Might anyone have any thoughts?
PS. I've checked firewall logs
