Notably, this looks based on the old TiMidity, not TiMidity++, so it's
not even very related to the codebase packaged as timidity.

I just realize that this is maybe a duplicate of bug #/229786.
libtimidity seems to be a fork of timidity
(http://libtimidity.sourceforge.net/) and so the problem is that
libtimidity needs to be packaged.
