vic, in the upper-right hand corner of your screen, you should see your
volume control. If you right-click that icon, you can go to the "Volume
Control" (sometimes called "Sound Preferences"). This will bring you to
much more advanced control of your volume preferences.

vic, please double-check your mixer values, While Capture 0 looks fine,
Capture 1 is very low. I have seen others report that switching capture
devices in the profile settings can also fix things. Let me know how it
goes.
