upload something specific like an image versus what I usually encounter
which is uploading with an "All Files" filter. Maybe this isn't an
internationalization thing...

Yeah, this is something that can be dealt with at the source code or the
internationalization level. The GTK open file dialog command lets you
state what will be shown for the file filters. This is obviously too
long, and I suspect it might be an internationalization issue because I
have never se
i think firefox must cut string with file types if string is too long or
show only decription of file types ("Photos and Videos")
