It depends on what software you still need from these repositories. If
you do not need them anymore you can rename them to something not ending
in .list and they won't be used any longer.

Under /etc/apt/sources.list.d/The files here are:
jaunty-partner.list
jaunty-partner.list.distUpgrade
jaunty-partner.list.save
nvidia-ppa-karmic.list
nvidia-ppa-karmic.list.save
nvidia-vdpau-pau-karmic.list
nvidia-vdpau-pau-karmic.list.save
nvidia-vdpau-ppa-karmic.list
nvidia-vdpau-ppa-karmic.l
I get this error as well:
