Hi,
I uninstalled compiz and the issue still occurs though it doesn't seem
to happen as often. If I open a file using FileZilla for editing, modify
it, and hit save, it will pop up the window asking if I want

I am not entirely convinced that this is exactly the same issue as bug
455241. I am not sure, but could FileZilla be using a model window,
which usually steals focus? Cory, is compiz on for you?
