The Problem is, that, when i open ubuntu one, I dosnt connect to the
internet, so i can greate an account. It always shows the adminstration
side.

Now UbuntuOne is working very well no more error.
It has been resolved after an upadate.

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you.
Fortunately, I think there is a workaround for this problem as I believe
it's related to bug 455544 which occurs when the bandwidth preferences
are
