Still getting the same bug 6 years later. I have kmail and kgpg
installed. Also this is the wrong link, as that's a different bug it
seems.
Any idea?

program itself, and not with our KDE packages. But don't worry! This issue is
being tracked by the KDE developers at:

Please just show the main window normally for kgpg...
Also, this minimize-on-start nonsense makes it very hard to use kgpg in
non-taskbar environments, like ssh -X

Not being able to run kgpg effectively eliminates the ability to manage
keys using the GUI.
For most users that eliminates the ability to work with GnuPG / PGP at
