The version of libkolab-perl which is currently in Debian testing
(1:2.2.4-20100624-2) is now compatible with cn=config. This should fix
this bug.
Can someone test and confirm?

okay, did it.
following small fixes should be made
- move/link webadmin files as described in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kolab-
webadmin/+bug/234860?comments=all
- set SLAPD_CONF=/etc/ldap/slapd.conf in /etc/default/slapd -
kolab_bootstrap seems not to support new cn=config tree
