Bug reports are for bugs. While I understand your frustration at simple
bugs not being fixed, this isn't the appropriate place to vent. I
suggest contacting the maintainers of packages related to the one you
want included directly and seeing if they can help you.

Btw. before anyone says something about the package has been renamed, I
just want to point out that I checked and can't find the new or the old
name, and I have also checked for other names, the package simply isn't
there.
