Now everything is more clear: see the (non-) Bug #395239.
I just wrote to HP complaining (step 1 reported in that bug).
Now step 2: "Report a specific bug about that DSDT".
Well, this is the problem in DSDT (adapted from the above link):

OK, what I wrote above is partly false.
I had forgot that under Jaunty, to make sensors work I had run

However:
- the linked procedure stopped fixing the issue in Karmic (sensor don't work,
and if I get a dump of the DSDT table
Confirming this on an HP Pavilion tx2510.
Notice the sensors worked fine under 9.04 Jaunty.
