I just was hit by this problem while trying to print:
http://www.ris.bka.gv.at/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&Gesetzesnummer=10003860
with:
firefox:
Installiert: 3.5.5+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.9.10.1
Kandidat: 3.5.5+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.9.10.1
It prints only 1 of 88 pages to pdf.
