config file to a separate section.

Alex, that patch looks good. The only suggestion I have is to change
the "tip" about using a configuration file into a separate section.
following the other 3. It currently looks awkward when viewed in yelp
with the tip appearing at the top and the other sections having links

I have an idea, This page could go to have a fourth step. But I am not

OK, I read the wrong forum post on how to do this. It turned out I need
the PPTP rather than the OpenVPN.

I have three screenshots I took from a previous VPN install. But now
with Karmic only the first image is anything like the current VPN
sections in the network manager. Arrgh!
