I have checked my rootfs, the palimpsest disk utility and system monitor confirmed it is ext4 (version 1). I am afraid that I forgot to mention that I'm dual booting, sorry. Just to clarify, when I try to run fsck, both ways there is no delay, indicating that fsck is actually running. (In recov
