Invalid in backintime (the upstream project), this would be a packaging
bug except it's also invalid in Karmic.
backintime-kde4 is a virtual transitional package, please ignore it and
install backintime-kde instead.
Please use 'Also affects distribution' next time instead of opening a
new bug.
