Hi,
I still experience this bug on Hardy. My usb mouse doesn't work after resuming
from hibernation. A fix around is to open a terminal and execute "lsusb" you
won't see anything but it does reactivate your mouse! Unplugging and plugging
again doesn't do anything.

I can confirm this bug on my Feisty installation. My USB keyboard works
after waking up from hibernation, but not my mouse. If I run (with root
privileges)
rmmod usbhid xpad ehci_hcd ohci_hdc usbcore
modprobe usbcore usbhid xpad ehci_hcd ohci_hcd
my mouse gets reactivated.
On Edgy the mouse worke
I just tried hibernation and my mouse worked perfectly fine after resume,
without unloading the modules. Might have to do with the fix in this bug?

Open up a terminal before hibernating. Then hibernate and after resume
type the following:
sudo rmmod usbhid uhci_hcd ehci_hcd
sudo modprobe usbhid
Does it work now?

The same here on my Acer Travelmate C111. Interestingly during the
Dapper release cycle there were some moments when it worked. But final
Dapper does not :-((
Is there a workaround?
