Elmo after typing gst-launch playbin uri=file:// specify the location
the file and press enter so that it looks something like this. I assume
that there is a file in my /home/om26er/Videos/test.vob then I will type
it as
gst-launch playbin uri=file:///home/om26er/Videos/test.vob

When I click "play" on the menu of the dvd, the movie starts
immediately, but with no sound. When I select one of the VOB files of
the movie, Totem plays it with sound.
I will try your advice. Please guide me through this. I don't know how
to do it.
