No gnome-bluetooth doesn't provide file reception functionnality, you
have to install gnome-user-share.

After some investigation, I found that my computer is discoverable, but
I can't send photos from my phone to it. If i try to send photos from my
phone (Nokia 6234) it looks for available devices and my computer does
not show up. If I use a newer phone (Nokia N70?) my computer does show
