Here is a picture of where my system is stuck while entering hibernation
mode. After that, nothing happen during at least the 6 next hours. It's
not frozen as I can see notifications when I plug and unplug USB
devices.

Can you please upgrade your system to 2.6.31-13 #45 and report if this
is still an issue ?
