I got the same issue and I ran the command line "sudo apt-get install -f" in
terminal. after that terminal screen turned to blue showing the SUN license
information and nothing else was happening. trying to close terminal window, i
get a pop up message saying "there is still process

i've tried the suggestions above but none of them work all i get is what i
attached in the log
i've tried installing over 10 programs from the center and all of them do it so
i doubt it's broken packages.
is there any other fix to this?
