Hmmm. I'm unable to get more info. I can confirm these facts:
* I believe it is a resume failure. The system appears to get into the right
mode (pulsing power led), but when it comes back up it hard locks with the HD
led constant.
* It is reproducible 100%
* The caps lock key does not flash

I'm also affected by this bug. Same hardware.
I would guess that it is an ACPI problem, but I don't know what to do
from here.
Sometimes I have to unplug the power and disconnect the battery to get
it to come back up.
I'm on the 2.6.31-16-generic kernel
