I have guessed this issue is a duplicate of bug 401333. As that bug is fixed now (and all appropriate packages are upgraded) I hoped this issue will disappears also. Unfortunately it isn't a case - still 'Segmentation falt', still recovering filesystems at next startup. -- segfault on shutdown m
