I have guessed this issue is a duplicate of bug 401333. As that bug is
fixed now (and all appropriate packages are upgraded) I hoped this issue
will disappears also. Unfortunately it isn't a case - still
'Segmentation falt', still recovering filesystems at next startup.

Have catched additional message - after stopped/continued pairs but
before those error messges this one takes place:
Killing all remaining processes.
BTW, stopped/continued pairs has prefix 'init:".

I can confirm that it happens on my PC too - it does not happen upon
every boot but when it happens again I will post more detailed info -
this is with root and home on ext4.

Addition. Before those error messages there are ~5-7 repeating pairs of
(approximately) such messages:
...
rc main process # stopped by STOP signal
rc main process # contibued by CONT signal
...
where # is the *same* process id.
