Solution working for me. Referring to bug #458016
Use command:
dpkg -l \*modem\*|grep ^ii
If result says:
ii sl-modem-daemon 2.9.11~20080817-3ubuntu3 SmartLink software modem daemon
then deinstall "sl-modem-daemon".

I was repaired...
1. open the /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
2. write the end of the file:
"options snd-hda-intel power_save=10 index=0 model=hp"
(that was before the "options snd-hda-intel power_save=10")
3. save, and reboot.
after the boot everything working fine.
