I might not have been clear enough. With DynamicTwinView does are you able to
pick different refresh rates using gnome-display-properties? Do any of these
different refresh rates improve the quality of your screen?
Could you also attach your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file?

Nope, I turned off DynamicTwinView in xorg.conf, but it didn't make any
difference.

refresh rate help?
