With logrotate version 3.7.7-3ubuntu1 installed, I cannot reproduce this bug. Furthermore the mentioned code lines seems to have been changed accordingly already. I noticed, that logrotate deletes log files one day later than defined by 'maxage', but this is a different problem I think. sandoz
