There is another workaround that also fixes the many KDE3 programs that
don't show toolbar button icons under KDE4.
Locate the current theme's index.theme file (e.g.,
/usr/share/icons/nuvola/index.theme).
In the [Icon Theme] section look for an Inherits key:
Inherits=hicolor
(the part after the
