Before 9.04 it was quite easy to change the localisations for this kind
of thing but now it seems that we can only write the date the American
(USA) way while much of the word doesn't write the date that way.
To reproduce the problem try
1. Install 9.04 on a fresh system, perhaps a virtual machin
