I went ahead and marked this as Invalid. The submitter's question is in
relation to a theme that I put together for 9.04's Ubuntu Netbook Remix.
It was never designed to be compatible in any way with the window-
picker-applet in 9.10. Sorry for the hassle and silly report; I went

@Jason Smith: Could you please post an example setting in gtkrc/panel.rc
where you changed the color? If I understood it correctly, in Ubuntu
9.04 the textcolor of the windowpicker panel was customizable with the
fg[ACTIVE] setting in panel.rc:

I know this is a little annoying to say, but this bug is not exactly a
bug as far as I can tell. There is nothing preventing gtkrc's from
changing the text color except the themer to figure out the right rule.
I have confirmed the text color does indeed change based on the gtkrc
settings.
