Seeing the same thing on my system. New intel board, processor. Root
filesystem is reiserfs. Closes KDM, drops to console, "Asking all
processes to terminate" and hangs indefinitely. Also, will hang on
restart if the fs is dirty and it tries to check, but initial boot
works.
System is running fine
