I tried to convert an mp3 to ogg but it "silently failed". Perhaps the
gstreamer-plugins-ugly package should be recommended by soundcounverter
since mp3 to ogg is the default setting.

There is an upstream bug about this at

but Malone doesn't support the berliOS tracker, so I can't link it to
the upstream task.
