- I booted the Karmic Alpha 4 64 bit liveCD and pressed F3 and selected Dvorak.

This bug therefore seems fixed, although in alpha 5 I'm having trouble after
you install that it defaults back to the US keymap, no matter what you select
in the installer. Oh well, I'll file a different bug for that. Here it is:

Ok, I have tested it with karmic alpha 5. It seems to honor my keymap
selection when in the liveCD and in the it defaults to the keymap I
select at boot time.

I've looked for similar bugs, but they all seem to be for Kubuntu in
2006 and are now marked as fixed. By the way, I'm using Normal ubuntu
(gnome).
