I think that it's aproblem with linux-backports, becouse, when i been
remove it, my Wifi card work.

arky, can you run the command "apport-collect " from a
terminal ( or Run Command dialog ) to add additional debug information
to this bug?
I don't think this is a generic bug with the 'wl' driver, as I'm running
Karmic on a fairly new Macbook which uses the BCM4312, and I haven't
seen this problem
