Moving back to Firefox, this is actually a combination of ubufox/update-
notifier. Is this still an issue in Lucid? IIRC, it's no longer an
issue. I think in Karmic, this was by design.

Can you plesae attach a screenshot of the 2 dialogs. This sounds like
ubufox and update-manager are telling you to restart but i need to see
it to know.
