In facts, I am experiencing graphical problems also with other KDE
applications under Gnome. Mostly with Kile and Okular. Maybe this
problems are related? Maybe not. I attach another screen shot.

This does not look like a kile bug. Although I can't say where the error
lies. I have never experienced this behaviour.
