Please see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Reporting for directions on reporting X bugs. For crash bugs more data needs to be collected. Also, I notice you're running a PPA version of xorg-server that we don't support on Jaunty. The bug you report sounds familiar but I think is one now solved in Karmic.
